Boiling Water Canning Hands-on workshop

This workshop will be held Thursday, September 5th from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 151 N Main. Cost is $20. Participants will take home 3 freshly canned jars of food, recipes and other resources. Fruits, pickled products and jams and jellies are processed using the water bath method. Pressure Canning Hands-on workshop

This workshop will be held Thursday, September 5th from 6 -9 p.m. at 151 N Main. Cost is $20. Participants will take home 3 freshly canned jars of food, recipes and other resources. In order to be safely processes, vegetables like green beans and meats need to be done in the pressure canner.
