Benson Grist Mill 5K & Flag Ceremony

Come join the 4th Annual Historic Benson Mill Memorial Day 5K!

Flag Ceremony: We will be having a Flag Ceremony @ 8:50 a.m. at the flagpole to honor those who have sacrificed so much for us! Ceremony will be performed by members of our armed forces.

Celebrate the morning of Memorial Day and the start of the summer season with a FAST, FLAT, and FUN 5K! There will be great prizes, awards and all participants will receive a technical race shirt. Pre-Registration to guarantee a shirt ends May 15th

There will be a drawing for all registered runners at the end of the race.
Awards to top 3 overall Male and Female runners (will be excluded from age group categories if in overall top 3).
Awards to top 3 in each age group. Age groups are: 0-11, 12-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50-69, 70+

Cost: $20 per person, $90 for family of up to 5, and $15 for additional family members (Immediate family only).

Online registrants will be charged a $1 processing fee.

Packet Pickup: Race day morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Race Day Registration: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.! Please be there early to register, because we will shut down registration at 8:30 a.m. on Race day. You may want to download a printable registration form and have it filled out prior to arriving on race day. This will speed up the registration process.
