Tooele City’s downtown trick-or-treat will take place Oct. 31 from 4 to 7 p.m. Many businesses on Main Street from 100 North to 100 South and Vine Street from 50 West to 50 East will be participating. Look through Veteran’s Park for vendors who may be selling food and other goodies.
