Kickin’ Cancer’s Can run

Kickin’ Cancer’s Can is a non-profit group dedicated to helping those individuals in our community who are fighting cancer. Join us on Sept. 22. There will be a raffle with fabulous prizes, tons of great food, a bake sale, a “cancer warriors” balloon release, a live DJ, face painting, bounce houses and more. The 5k will begin at 7:27 p.m. and will feature a “glowing” theme. Please register for the race at kickingcancerscan.blogspot.com. All proceeds will go to our sponsored family that is currently fighting cancer. Bring the whole family for a day of fun.

TIME
Festivities start at 4 p.m. with a 5K fun run, bake sale, kids activities, music, and food (hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, and cotton candy).

5K RUN
Pre-registration begins at 4 p.m. The race will then kick off at 7:27 p.m. All levels of runners are welcome. There will be water stations posted at every mile mark. There will also be a “Kiddie K” – a fun run for kids 10 and under.

After the race, there will be an amazing raffle with incredible prizes!!!
