Master Gardener Spring USU Ext Auditorium 151 N. Main in Tooele.

$5 per person.

Save the date now – Saturday, March 4th, from 10am-2pm! The Spring Expo will feature 2 sessions each hour.

registration begins at 9:30 AM

10:00 am  “Growing a Vegetable Garden” by Louise Hulet, or “Proper Care and Feeding of Trees” by Justin Wiker.

11:00 am  “Designing in the 4th Dimension” (creating a landscape that allows for change) by Virginia Hooper, or “Talking Dirty” Soils by Dave Quist.

12:00 pm “All American Varieties for 2017” by Diane Sagers, or “Tomato Magic” by Jay Cooper (best practices for raising tomatoes) a cooking demonstration of fresh marinara sauce – sampling encouraged!).

1:00 pm Kelly Kopp will be presenting “Have the Best Lawn on the Block!” Kelly is the Utah State University Turf Specialist and will share how to make your lawn look great, resist disease, and use the least amount of water.

To assure you get the materials for all the courses, may we suggest you bring a friend and you split the classes. You’ll get some great info, meet a lot of great people, and help get out some great gardening information.
