Together With Youth Presents the 27th Annual Family Halloween Carnival.
Hot Dogs-Games-Face Painting-Kids Costume Parade (at 1:00 pm). They will be collecting food to be donated to the Tooele Food Bank. The suggested donation is 1 can of food per person.
