Friends of the Tooele Children’s Justice Center
The Friends of the Tooele Children’s Justice Center assists the CJC in accomplishing their mission. The Tooele Children’s Justice Center provides a comfortable, child-friendly atmosphere. The alleged victims of child abuse and their families receive care and support throughout their ordeal.
The Friends primarily support through fund raising efforts. They sponsor two major and several minor fund raisers throughout the year. A golf tournament, a Black Tie Blue Jean dinner, auction, and casino event. And displays in stores for people to purchase spots to cover giraffes. These events are time consuming, hard work, fun, and very gratifying for the participating Board members and attendees.
